On Thursday, Minister for Health and medicine Dr Kamineni Srinivas Minister for Human Resources Ganta Srinivasa Rao in the presence of AP higher education board chairperson L Venugopal Reddy and EAMCET 2015 chairperson Prof VSS Kumar released the EAMCET results at JNTU in Kakinada. 77.42 percent candidates qualified in the engineering stream and 89.89 percent qualified in medical stream. Girls scored ahead with 82.32 percent while boys scored 74.44 percent. EAMCET includes 25 per cent weightage for the marks secured in Intermediate exam. Anirudh Reddy topped the EAMCET in engineering stream while Kada Srividul topped in the medical stream. The counseling will be held from June 12. To access the results, visit www.apeamcet.org
